With state-of-the-art technology, smaller engines and modular system, CMCT provided, besides logistical gains, the feasibility of co-generation for small size undertakings, no longer being a viable solution only for large undertakings, being applicable to factories, buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, gas stations, residential condominiums and other ones.

Without the need for generation of boiler steam, using the exhaust gases and cooling water of the engines to produce cold water, which feed directly the BROAD coolers by absorption, distributed with exclusivity in Brazil by Tuma, CMCT makes possible gains in efficiency, reduction of initial investment, reduction of space and reduction of operating costs of co-generation systems.

BROAD, besides producing the most efficient coolers by absorption of the market, is the only manufacturer that produces coolers able to operate receiving directly the exhaust gases from engines or turbines.

With the reduction of operating costs and with technology of synchronization, immediate and automatic, or running in parallel with the concessionaire of local energy, CMCT can be used not only for rush hours, but also for continuous co-generation, reducing the time of return of an investment, reducing the operational cost and increasing the reliability of its system of energy supplying. In the event of demand reduction for electrical energy of the undertaking, the production of cold water and hot water will not be compromised, because the CMCT cooler by absorption also operates being fed with direct burning of natural gas. Another innovative feature of the product is the fact that it is provided sheltered in cabinets with acoustic treatment, allowing the installation in urban areas.
Also, it does not need expenses for civil construction of engine rooms and does not reduce the useful area of the building.
