Services TAB are applied in air conditioning systems, in order to obtaining a better performance, especially in order to make the system operates as predicted in the project and meeting its goal, which may range from comfort of commercial facilities and hospital ones, where the determinant parameters of the environment are important for patients and staff, to industrial facilities, where processes depend on the conditions strictly controlled for the quality of the final product.
Tests are done on each component of the system to verify the compliance with the data from manufacturers or operating conditions predicted in the project.
From the tests it is identified the need for adjustments to correct distortions in relation to the theoretical conditions of operation.
The balancing is done on the water network and in the ducts and mouths of air. It is a way to ensure that planned flows of water and air reach every point of installation.
The simple fact that a bomb is providing an adequate flow of water does not guarantee that the correct flow gets to every point. Only with a proper balancing of the circuits it can be avoided an over-flow by a path and a lack of flow by another.
The same balancing must be done for the air flows that are available in each diffuser or insufflating and returning grid, external air and purge.
